Nokia - Ovi Share
I worked on the visual design and interaction design of this mobile and web based media sharing application creating wireframes and paper prototypes for usability testing. View the site.
"Oh my God - It's smarter than me!"
I drove the user experience for FindIt! through the entire design cycle. Introducing ethnographic research to the process led to valuable insights about user behavior. In the final usability testing the resulting design faired better then any existing local search product including Google Maps, Ask City, and Microsoft Live Maps, prompting the delighted remark by one of the test users: "Oh my God, it is smarter than me."

My redesign of this Yellow Pages site increased customer satisfaction from 56% to 80% and reduced search engine marketing costs by more than $1 million in the year after the release.

I developed a visual identity for the Microsoft Real Time Collaboration Suite of products. My work involed visual design research and creation of a visual system of graphical elements that can be combined in hundreds of ways to create graphics that are consistent with the brand.

With the release of Windows Media Player 10, the Windows Media web site received a complete redesign. After familiarizing myself with the brand elements and the much improved look of the new player interface, I translated these elements into a fresh new look and feel for the site.
